The staff here were truly exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I arrived late at night and they were so welcoming, quickly checking me in without any hassle. the room was not only spacious and clean but also had a stunning city view from the balcony. the breakfast served was delicious, and the hotel's flexibility and understanding during a difficult situation I faced really touched my heart. I appreciated the location as well, being close to various tourist attractions, making it easy for me to explore the city.

One tiny improvement that could be made is to include a mini-fridge in the rooms; it would have been convenient to store some snacks or drinks.
